What we are looking for:

  • 2 or more years of Recruitment / Search / RPO Experience (IT sector is preferable but not essential) OR Business Development experience in the software space – Either professional consulting or digital technology.
  •  An excellent track record in b2b sales – phone or face to face
  • Strong business development and ongoing account management skills – Ability to not just win the business but keep your clients
  • Professional at all times in the way you present yourself and conduct business
